Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

- Expedited Shipping: 4-8 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- mingrener.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- mingrener.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Returns
- Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your received the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Custom jewelry and personalized items
- Jewelry sets that have been altered or resized
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used jewelry cleaning products
- Antique snuff bottles and vajra items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at service@mingrener.com. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email. It will confirm if your refund is approved or denied.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund. A credit will appear on your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at service@mingrener.com.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
